Oharaya Milk Hall is a family owned and operated resturant with a strong source of regular customers. One of the most famed foods from this shop is their fried chicken (called "Karaage").
However, Luchi offers a variety of dishes, with a standard menu as seen below, as well as a daily specials which tend to change on a regular basis. The resturant has a great environment, and offers a great place to get together for events such as New Year's.
